One-time Airtable setup: Open your Maintenance Requests table → Automations → Create automation → Trigger "When record created" → Action "Send email" to the property's Handyman Email field. Subject: "New maintenance request — [Address]". Body: include the Issue + Property Address + Submitted By + photo link. (Setup walkthrough in landlord setup notes.)
